On the evening of September 11, Fredericktown’s National Honor Society (NHS) inducted their new 2024 members. Existing members included President Cassie Fisher, Vice President Bella Kraus, Secretary Ellie Kershner, Historian Kara Fields, and Parliamentarian Lauren Neighbarger.
New members were chosen carefully by a secret faculty council here at Fredericktown. The inductees included Shae Amstutz, Katherine Bellman, Raegan Blanchard, Ella Bouton, AJ Broerman, new Treasurer John Divelbiss, Drew Dumbaugh, Olivia Harris, Darren Hartley, Cooper Lowe, Braelyn O’Neil, Pink Payne, Micah Phillips, and Antonio Rojas McCament.
The Fredericktown NHS began in December of 1946 with Principal Ron McKinley. To be chosen for the NHS, students must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 and meet all four pillars (Scholarship, Service, Leadership, and Character).
