The Thanksgiving Peace Meal is one of the Cornerstone Community Church’s most busy meals of the year, and the National Honor Society (NHS) kept the tradition by helping out all evening on November 20. The night began with 18 members helping out, and then halfway through, 6 of them broke off and went down to the high school to serve food at the annual Freddie Football banquet.
Those still at the church were put on tasks like decorating and boxing cakes, washing and drying dishes, serving food, loading grocery trucks, and much more!
