In another conference battle, the Loudonville Red Birds played at the Fredericktown Freddies gymnasium. Coming into this game on a 10 game win streak, Freddies knew that the Red Birds were going to give their best shot and not go down with out a fight.
At the tip off, Fredericktown started off hot hitting three threes and a layup in the span of 2 minutes, with the score being 11-0. But then the Birds got back into the fight and caught back up making it a close game through the first 2 quarters. The score at halftime was 37-32.
At the start of the third quarter, Freddies knew they needed to come out hot, and they did. Outscoring Loudonville 30-11 in just 8 minutes. At the start of the fourth quarter, Fredericktown’s bench went in the game and put up another 19 points to secure the win 88-66.
