The Lady Freddies faced off against a successful Trojans team for the KMAC title.
The game was close from tip-off to the last buzzer sound. The game started off going back and forth, and the score at halftime was 18-13 with the Freddies up 5.
The girls fought hard and battled all the way to the end, winning 50-45.
This was the first KMAC Championship title since 2014.
Cally Carpenter led the way with 24 points and 3 rebounds. Mya Bryant ended with 17 points and 8 rebounds.
