
After losing to the Devils two days prior, Freddies were headed to Danville for revenge, on their very own senior night.
Fredericktown started the game off strong on offense, scoring 6 runs in the first inning. On the defensive side, Senior, Kaine Sheriff, started on the mound, getting three outs in a row.
In the second inning, the Freddies scored 3 more runs, increasing the lead to 9. In the third inning the Freddies let up their first hit of the game to Danville, but still kept the shut out.
Heading to the 4th, Freddies were eager to run rule them, so they put up another pair of runs. Unfortunately, the Freddies had to wait until the 5th inning for the run rule.
With the last inning coming upon them, Freddies scored another 3 across the plate to just wreck their night.
Sheriff pitched all 5 innings and had a shut out game, winning 14-0 on Danville’s Senior Night.
