The Freddies defeated the Northmor, the KMAC champs, with a winning score of 25-13.
Sophomore Jonny Ashcraft, Number 3, is the Freddies Cornerback and Wing. Ashcraft played a big role in the Northmor game, stepping in for Senior Brode Davis.
“It was a great comeback from the Mount Gilead loss,” explained Ashcraft.
He used the loss as motivation to come back better and get the ball rolling again.
Sophomore Cole Burnside, Number 70, is the Left Guard.
“The Freddies play a great game but still need to work and get better” stated Burnside.
The team is determined to get better every week so they can do well in the post season.
