Recently, the Principles of Biomedical Science class did many hands-on labs. Students measured heart rate and blood pressure, performed eye and hearing exams, looked at regular and irregular blood smears under a microscope, learned how to draw blood, and so much more.
On Thursday, students invited Principal Ryan Shoemaker in to show off their new phlebotomy skills, even challenging him to try it himself.
