Last week, six students attended two different Honor Bands.
The high school group, including Cassie Fisher, Sage Hess, and Braelyn O’Neil, attended the Ohio University Honor Band, getting their music on Friday and putting on a concert Saturday.
The middle school group, including Esther Lee, Ashley Whaley, and Nadia Kershner, were apart of OMEA’s District X Honor Band and also performed Saturday at the Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
Both groups performed challenging music that showcased their abilities as musicians.
