The late June Carpenter was announced as the Freddie Fan of the Year during the boy’s basketball senior night game,
Supporting Fredericktown sports for 78 years, she watched her brother, nephews, sons, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren wear the scarlet and grey jersey. Attending the games with her friends to support the Freddies was undoubtably the favorite part of her week.
June passed away on January 13th. Watching and supporting the Freddies until the very end. Her spirit will continue on through her family and future Carpenter Freddie generations.
