The Freddies took on Mt. Gilead as their last league game, ending league play and officially winning the KMAC.
The Indians were held scoreless in the first quarter while the Freddies put 23 points on the board, making the score 23-0 at the end of the first.
At half the score was 47-15 with the running clock starting at the end of the 3rd quarter. The Freddies were dominant in the paint scoring 42 points from the paint while snagging 39 rebounds.
The Freddies won in dominant fashion doubling the Indians score winning 72-35. Leading scorer was Carson Rinehart with 17 points while Sipes led the team in steals with 2.
The Freddies are 22-0 after the win over Mt. Gilead. This win made history with the best finish from the Freddies in 83 years and also placed the Freddies as the 18th best team in Ohio Division 5.
The Freddies were 14-0 in the KMAC, finishing league play undefeated. This is the 4th year in a row that the Freddies have won the KMAC.
The Freddies are ranked as the 4th seed entering tournament play on route to either a rematch between Mt. Gilead and the Freddies or the Freddies will play Fairbanks, all depending on a win against Pleasant Saturday afternoon.
