Most kids are big fans of Christmas Eve, loving the feeling of sitting and waiting to open their gifts on the big day. Freddie students seemed to have had a good Christmas. This is good because the high school students hadn’t started the break off the best way because the last few days were filled with exams.
Freshman Maverick Blacksten stated, “I got everything I wanted for Christmas plus I got to hang out with my friends.” This is how presents are not the only thing to be excited about. For Blacksten, break went by fast while playing basketball and watching varsity keep their 9-0 season.
Sophomore Isaiah Brake had a great break because he received everything he asked for. Brake sadly started his break with some PLTW homework, finishing up a big project. “Brake explained, I didn’t expect a break to start out with homework, but it ended great with good presents and family.”
Sophomore Eric Shrock had a good break helping friends and having family over. Shrock stated, “I had good presents but had a better time with my friend Gavin putting rock lights on his truck.” Shrock expressed his fun break as spending his time with family and friends
Junior Aiden Ebersole had a very busy break, having wrestling practice and hanging out with family. Ebersole explained, “I won a few matches during my weekend of wrestling.”
Sophomore Levi Platt had a really good break hanging out with family and spending time with his girlfriend.
Platt stated, “I had a great time and loved the Christmas lights I saw with Mya.”
